Refund Policy

Overview
This Refund Policy explains how Northgate Family Dental handles deposits, cancellations, and refunds. Our aim is to be clear and fair, so you always know where you stand before any treatment begins.
Booking and deposits
Most appointments do not require a deposit. For longer or higher-cost treatments, we may ask for a deposit to secure your booking. If we do, we will tell you the amount and how it applies to your treatment before you commit.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule any appointment at no charge, as long as you give us reasonable notice. We simply ask for as much notice as you can, so we can offer the slot to another patient who may need it.
Missed appointments
If an appointment is missed without notice, we may apply a fee or retain a deposit to cover the reserved time. We will always discuss this with you first.
Refunds for treatment
If you have paid in advance for treatment that has not yet been carried out, you are entitled to a full refund of the unused amount. Treatment that has already been completed is generally non-refundable, but if you are unhappy with your care, please tell us and we will do our best to put it right.
Cosmetic treatments
Cosmetic treatments are tailored to you and, once completed, are not refundable. We will always assess your suitability and set clear expectations before beginning.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@northgate.com or +358 40 123 4567. Let us know your name, appointment date, and the reason for your request, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned using your original payment method where possible. Please allow a few business days for the amount to appear.
